I'd consider Diff'rent Strokes, Hogan's Heroe, Three's Company, The Wayan's Brothers, Laverne & Shirley, Psych, Gilligan's Island, Home Improvement, Happy Days, Murphy Brown, Night Court, The Jeffersons, Arrested Development, The Office, and Taxi up for discussion to fill the remainder. I'm sure I'm missing more than a handful there.
Nothing tops Seinfeld and All In The Family for me but there's room under that. Cheers is likely top 5.

Sadly I never got into WKRP and no channels show reruns, which sucks.
I discovered many shows in reruns like Roseanne. Never watched a single episode in Primetime but damn what a well written show that dealt with the struggles of lower income Americans struggling day to day.
Same with M*A*S*H and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia among others. [Reply]

I don't think I've ever seen a more unique list. :-)
(By the way, Frasier continues to move up my list. I would probably rank it somewhere between #5 and #7 now.)
The greatest character on Cheers was Woody Boyd. He had some of the funniest lines ever.
Woody : It's a good thing this fire didn't spread. It could have been like that fire my great-grandmother's cow started. Darn thing kicked over a lantern and burned an entire city to the ground. Yup, the shame was so great, the family had to move to Ohio and change their last name to Wilkins.
Kelly : But Woody, you're from Indiana and your family name is Boyd.
Woody : Oh, well, some stuff happened in Ohio. [Reply]
