OU is one of the premier jobs in the country.

The ones that I would put in that same category are Alabama, LSU, Florida(who has no real history of success prior to Spurrier), Ohio St., Georgia, Clemson, Michigan, Penn St. and USC.

In terms of consistent success, Oklahoma is the definition of that along with Alabama and Ohio St.

What dude did at NIU is just as impressive as NC St. (which has a super weird streak of not winning a conference title in basketball, football, or baseball since the 90's).

Maybe he doesn't want the pressure of a bigger job?
