It's an insert for a 22'' Weber that you can get extremely hot and make legitimate coal fired oven style pizza:

See the leopard spotting on the crust?

Here's the top - not 'authentic' but a conventional style pizza done with a badass crust:

Nice, making pizza is rewarding on so many levels.

The town that I live outside of has about 7,500 people in it. When I moved here 20 years ago it had about 6,500 people in it. I enjoyed taking my kids to Sacramento a few years ago and showing them a parking lot at a shopping mall that was bigger than our town. We did other things of course. But that did crack me up.

Yup. Publix in my town sells dough balls, and they also sell balls that have been run through a roller to like a 12-inch round. The rounds are super easy to stretch.

We have Publix too. What section of the store do you find those dough balls?

I'd use that for guests.

You'd have to come up here to get it, but I can PM you the details if you want.

I'd even buy your beer while you were up here :-)
While that sounds enticing, I guess I'll just stick to places around here. I googled some local ranches and looks like plenty of hormone free type of ranches around here. No idea on if the prices are good but they are all relatively in the same ballpark for the 5 I looked at.

Lasagna. I have three pounds of mozzarella to slowly use...

And a white chicken one for the boy.

Henceforth and hitherto we will be ordering Papa Johns for the game. To many people to cook for I want an easy day.

Our population is under 2700... There are less than 19000 in the county last I heard.

Small towns

Hmmm, really? Off to Publix now anyway to get my PowerBall ticket and a few items. I'll have to check that out.
