Pulling your shirt over your nose as you run into Speedys isn't going to help a whole lot. People can bitch, white and cry about people not doing x y and z but it is what it is.
So your ok when people bitch about certain things getting shut down or events stopped because of spread and hospitals being stretched. Good to know.

Yep. It's a nasty situation and I think the healing process after it will be long and difficult. I know a lot of hard feelings between "friends" and neighbors will be had for years after this has come and gone. Too many Karen's running around trying to interfere in peoples lives and lively hoods.

I saw this earlier. I'd like to see the data on it, but sounds promising.

Low risk of SARS-CoV-2 transmission by fomites in real-life conditions

Cleaning procedures were standard. A number of objects and surfaces were swabbed. Remarkably, only the continuous positive airway pressure helmet of one patient was positive for SARS-CoV-2 RNA. More importantly, attempts to culture the positive swabs on Vero E6 cells were unsuccessful,5 suggesting that patient fomites and surfaces are not contaminated with viable virus. Our findings suggest that environmental contamination leading to SARS-CoV-2 transmission is unlikely to occur in real-life conditions, provided that standard cleaning procedures and precautions are enforced. These data would support Goldman's point that the chance of transmission through inanimate surfaces is less frequent than hitherto recognised."

(CNN)As 2020 slides into and probably infects 2021, try to take heart in one discomfiting fact: Things are most likely never going "back to normal."

Fuck you.
