FWIW, Greeley County gets 18" annually. A fairly wide area in the county has gotten 9" in the last couple weeks.

5/26/2021 1:48 PM CDT At 148 pm cdt, a severe thunderstorm was located near ellis, moving east at 10 mph. this is a very dangerous storm (radar indicated). Hazards include softball size hail. People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles. Locations impacted include, hays, ellis and yocemento.
