I had stuffed poblanos recommended to me today from an out of town friend, can anybody recommend a KC-area restaurant that serves them?

I've had the stuffed poblanos at Ponaks SW Blvd just west of I-35. I thought they were excellent. Its a pretty popular menu item in many Mexican restaurants so probably find a good one in your neck of the woods.

Edit: Looked at their online menu and don't see them so strike that.


I haven't made but if you have an air fryer many good easy recipes online to make them.

As a freezer-->skillet meal, probably 7-8.
As a 'premium' PF Chang offering, . . probably 5-5.5.

Fresh tasting flash frozen veggies in big chunks [peppers, snap peas, carrot] big pieces of whole chicken breast, decently creamy sauce.

But noodles are noodles, and the sauce is good but not distinctive. Hard to summarize, but best effort is; you'll say 'this is tasty' but not necessarily 'now THIS is coconut and curry like I've always craved!!'

It's always a hit. Went swimming and shooting today at my FIL's place. Really, really didn't want to cook shit when we got home but already thawed everything out so we had a nice dinner against my wishes!
