This is exactly why I love Andy Reid. He deals in redemption. He believes in it. The power of redemption is a two way street. And the return is always greater than the investment. But the catch is that the investment has to be in the individual and sometimes the person lets you down.

Loyalty in football is a key building block towards success. Andy earns the loyalty of his players because they know he genuinely cares about them. He treats them like family. We can speculate as to why that is but I’d rather just acknowledge that Andy serves a higher calling and football helps him accomplish that. Naysayers be damned.
