Patteeu Memorial Political Forum>Are you going to take the vaccine?
GloryDayz 08:48 AM 12-01-2020
I know I'm going to try to be first in line, but what about the rest of you? I'm not sure if the death count is where the science community wants it to be, plus Birdbrain hasn't been sworn in, so I expect there will be delays, but that's beside the point.

You can be honest.

Right, but some places are a little more laxed then others but people might still feel the need to wear it in those places. I am wondering of those who have gotten the vaccine, will you still continue to wear it in places that don't require it.

Got my first shot Monday, next shot 2/8.

Although it's the Moderna vaccine and it's less likely than the Pfizer version, I'm hoping it does its thing to return a positive antibody test I plan to take in mid-February (the antibody test I took in November was negative), that way I can also use that for travel back into the good 'ol USofA..

A lot is subject to change in terms of rules, sense, and sensibility, but I'm hoping that having had both shots (should help ensure passing any "within-the-last-72/96-hours" WuFlu tests required for entering foreign countries) and a "within the last 90 days" (120 for some locations) positive antibody test, will clear a paths for travel not being so much of a roulette game.

Hey, as long as it's done relative to something I want, something that benefits me, I'm going to have to mask-up. It's all good, traveling is worth it.

Is everybody able to get them in the midwest now? Here in my county in NorCal, only 65 and older and first responders and hospital staff are eligible at this time.

SD is actually doing a great job getting it out. But they are right now at 65+

My access was employment based.

Got my first Pfizer dose before lunch today. Ran a 5k in the snow when I got home. Still alive.

Not under a Biden Presidency. I’m just following the lead of my future VP who said she wouldn’t take it under a Trump Presidency.

To my knowledge the governor hasnít said hardly anything about vaccinations and left it up to the medical professionals. I am definitely happy with the change in approach l

My company sent out a little text the day before yesterday that us little pee on meat producing factory workers are next in line. I don't know what that means exactly as far as a timeline, but that's what the memo said basically.

Could be today, tomorrow, or the second Tuesday of next week for all I know.
