Would agree they really need to take the best offer. Be interesting on what that would be. Someone said 2 1's which seems very steep for a QB coming off a bad year. On the other hand not all 1's are worth the same.

But also I could see floating the AFC only thing out there in the believe that NY Jets and Raiders will be the top 2 teams in the bidding and try and head off a power play by Aaron to get to 49ers who I doubt will be willing to be the highest bidder.

Just for clarity sake: The @Raiders and @Saints have agreed on compensation element of a trade for Derek Carr. That was always the requirement for any team to get permission to speak with Carr.

Rodgers might possible help the Raiders. He sure would be invigorated to play on a new team.

The give up as much as possible part sucks but I don't think there are many teams out there that will offer a huge sum for Rodgers and his salary.
