On the defensive line, is is personnel or is it technique? Some teams seem to be able to just stuff out DL. Seems similar with the OL; some teams seem to be able to just get through them...

It's not bullshit to call it... the rule itself is dumb, just like the 'full weight' thing on the sack and the taunting.
You're right that it had nothing to do with Mahomes converting a throw 30 yards downfield. Very ticky tack rule/penalty. Sucks to have a long 3rd down conversion wiped out in that manner.
