I don't recall this was ever a selling point. With all due respect. Crypto as a "dark net" type of thing is bogus because of it though.

Curious how they got to it though.

The government seized the cloud server it was stored on. I would imagine if you had the wallet passphrase you could still transfer the BTC out.
