Breaking: FA WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is signing with the #Patriots , sources tell @theScore

Only 26 years old, the 2018 Pro Bowler comes off a strong season for the #Chiefs, with 78/933/3.

In the past (before Mahomes), something like this would have ruined my week.

After kicking Tyreek to the curb last year, I've adopted Veach's mentality with everyone but PM, TK and CJ - let the streets have 'em.

Thanks for the memories, on to the next Superbowl, baby.

If you think saying it puts KC in an interesting crunch at WR with who it presently has is complaining, you need thicker skin. Or a clue.

There is no guarantee you get the FA you want. There is no guarantee there is WR that falls where you want. The WR's we have now might just be our WR1-4 we go into the season with.
You can argue semantics all day. You're expressing a desire for them to improve at WR, but you are being very particular about who they need to get.

Slayton/Hopkins/Thielen and a draft pick are more than enough.

Your take is that Reid is the only HC in the league who can't get 1K yards out of a rookie WR.

That's what you're actually saying. I know you think you sound smart with this, "Oh my god Reid's offense soooo hard" shit, but what you're actually inferring is that Reid can't make a rookie WR produce.

It's REID'S fault, not the player, right?

That's bum**** dumb.

This whole, "Rookies don't produce in Reid's offense" is a myth that CP made up.

If Reid drafted a rookie worth starting his first year, his ass would produce.
Yeah thats why none have done it his whole coaching career. Jesus Christ

Maclin was the third receiver that year behind Jackon (who went for almost 1K yards his rookie year in Reid's OMG ITS TOO HARD offense) and Jason Avant.

Maybe YOU don't know what you're talking about?

Damn, I thought for sure he'd be back. Was pretty productive while he was in KC.

NE went above the money line the Chiefs set with him, nothing more.

Hmm, interesting.

I don't seem to see any of them on the roster yet.

It's almost as if free agency and the draft aren't even close to being over and it's safe to assume they aren't going into the season with their current WR group.

Do you seriously think they're going to do nothing? No plan?

The argument is fucking stupid to begin with. There have been 25 rookies to have 1k receiving yards in HISTORY

Not happening. Taylor is the LT in 2023, at least going into week 1. Niang is the RT, and Veach will draft an OT, maybe sign a cheap journeyman FA, but the big moves for KC at OT are done this year.
