I've joined the best gym I've ever gone to (and I've been to quite a few). It's called Orange Theory Fitness. It's a full hour of HIIT training with a class. Half the class starts out on the treadmills and half on the rowers and weights. Halfway thru, we switch.
Cool thing is there's a heart monitor on everyone that is up on the screen. Once you reach 84% heart rate, you're in the Orange zone. Every minute you are there is a splat point.
When you get done, you've burned 800 calories and each splat point equates to how much you continue to burn over the next 36 hours.
So what's the chances of getting COVID in a gym where nobody wears a mask besides me despite it being mandated to do so? I wipe everything down before and after and keep 10 ft distance atleast. I'm getting pretty paranoid about this shit. [Reply]

Do you wipe down the paper towel dispenser or the spray bottles that everyone uses? I’ve never seen anyone do it, including myself. [Reply]

Nope. Wash my hands and use canister before I leave and open the door with a paper towel [Reply]
