You mean in the preseason? He hardly played a single game in the regular season. We don't know how he'd do against Mike Williams or Mike Evans. Is he available to cover Adams next week? I'd love him back too, but he's still a relative unknown until thrown in the fire. [Reply]

He wasn't getting targeted week 1 either.
He looked really good going agaisnt Hollywood Brown, who's having a great year. [Reply]

I wonder, with the offense coming together and the defense playing fairly well, if this team is going to snowball and really be looking vicious by the end of the season. Feels like we’re still in third gear
There were a lot of changes this offseason, it’ll take some time for it all to come together. And I’m optimistic it will. I’ll throw last week’s game out of the equation. Those Indy cocks have been tormenting us since January of ‘96. Some teams just have the number of other teams (ask Brady about the Saints and Dolphins). I’m sill confident about a better than predicted (by the “experts”) season. We good. [Reply]

Yeah the preseason AND the Arizona game. He played 21 passing downs against the Cardinals and was only targeted once. This was his M.O. in college, so there’s no reason to think he won’t be that same player in the NFL. [Reply]
Thought that was a really nice bounce back by Reid and the coaching staff after the team's performance last week. Team came out ready to play immediately. The play calling on offense was much less predictable and put the team in a begood position to execute, 180 rushing yards versus 3 is no joke. It was almost like bowles and Andy swapped bodies for a couple hours and KC beat the buccaneers at their own game
Great job at learning the right lessons from last week and putting them into play.
