He also had to get his gallbladder removed. Surgery was today he came out they said he was fine but there were complications. He is icu right now he hasn't woken up yet. Please pray for him he my only full blooded brother. [Reply]
they kept me in PCU (which is I think Primary care unit; one step below ICU) for5 days when I had mine out. Mainly because I had other tests needed in my blood and to monitor potential clotting of blood.
hopefully your brothers recovery was similar to mine and he'll walk outta there in a few days. [Reply]
Hang in there Nut. My mom was in ICU two years in a row. First time for 66 days, second time for 73 days. It can be rough. Trust the doctors and make sure you show up and visit. They may not be able to communicate, but know when people are there for them. It makes a difference. Best wishes. [Reply]
Big update my brother is awake and responsive. There is a blockage and they are going to do exploratory work on him and put a stent but he is awake and responsive. [Reply]
