The rollout of this NeW vArIaNt!!!! feels completely stiff and scripted. It feels like a completely poorly written screenplay. I practically expect them to try to rebrand it Covid-21 at any moment now.

Cotton masks are nearly placebo in efficacy. They may help delay you infecting someone else in brief contact as they reduce how far your breath spreads, but aren't going to do much to protect you from someone else. [Reply]
That second bit is laughable in how much it flies in the face of your first point.

I'm saying that there have been studies showing bacteria collects in masks and could lead to people getting sick. Hence, cotton masks are not only worthless but could also harm you if worn for long periods.
Also lets not pretend people are replacing their masks every 2 hours [Reply]
