(NASDAQ: PSHG) (the "Company"), a global shipping company specializing in the ownership of tanker vessels, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,620,000 units at a price of $1.05 per unit. You had mentioned some other shipping company a while back that would continuously dilute their stock by issuing new shares. So the stock price was always going down, but apparently it's not illegal to do that. I wonder if this shipping company has the same model. [Reply]

This company only has like 5 million outstanding shares and it shows a 2.2 million share Float. That's really low. I guess these new shares will add to that though. [Reply]
