Non-Mahomes Offensive MVP- Tyreek. The Offense flows through him.

Defensive MVP- Thornhill for getting Sorenson the fuck out of the lineup.

Rookie of the Year- Creed

Comeback Player of the Year- Thornhill

Most Improved Player- Bolton and Gay

“Twelfth Man” Award (top non-starter)- Bolton if you consider him a non starter.

Coach of the Year- O Line coach, took a whole new line and made them the best we've had in a long time

Underrated Player of the Year- Sneed outside of KC. Dude is a beast.

Non-Kicker Special Teams Player of the Year- Kemp. Dude is great on kick coverage and caught that 4th down pass.

Achilles Heel Award (player who sucks the most)- Sorenson

Counting on the fact that he wasn't expected to play as much or as well as he has. During the time he's played he was leaps and bounds better each game.

Non-Mahomes Offensive MVP: Tyreek Hill

Defensive MVP: Sneed

Rookie of the Year: Creed Humphrey (really close with Bolton though)

Comeback Player of the Year: Juan Thornhill (he was still recovering last year)

Most Improved Player: Willie Gay

“Twelfth Man” Award (top non-starter): Fenton (assuming you don’t count him as a starter, otherwise maybe Pringle?)

Coach of the Year: Heck

Underrated Player of the Year: Ward

Non-Kicker Special Teams Player of the Year: I’m assuming “Kicker” includes punter, so I’ll go with McKinnon. I feel like his kick off coverage has been pretty good. Seems like he’s been in on a few special teams tackles.

Achilles Heel Award (player who sucks the most): Sorensen

“C’mon, Do Something” Award (we expected more out of this player): Hardman

Im going say most improved player is Ward. I can tell I'm GDT he isn't getting cussed out as much and he has been making plays on defense. It's getting harder for teams to pass because of Sneed and Ward.

Curious what everybody's choice for "Worst non-Niemann/Sorensen player" would be

I'd normally pick Wylie, but he didn't totally poop his pants that last game.

Good thread. Here's my take:

Non-Mahomes Offensive MVP - Tyreek.

Defensive MVP - This is tough. I don't think anyone has stood out from the rest as the leader. I think our only defensive starters who have played in all 11 games are Sneed and Nnadi. While he's had a few growing pains this year, I'll have to go with Sneed.

Rookie of the Year - I like that we have so many candidates. I guess I'd go with Trey Smith right now, but it's a tough race.

Comeback Player of the Year - We haven't really had one. Maybe Townsend after the rough Super Bowl?

Most Improved Player - Gotta go Gay here.

“Twelfth Man” Award (top non-starter) - Fenton, though I could argue for Bolton too.

Coach of the Year - Maybe Sam Madison coaching the cornerbacks? That's a solid, solid unit these days.

Underrated Player of the Year - Derrick Nnadi. He's always there for us.

Non-Kicker Special Teams Player of the Year - Chris Lammons seems to really enjoy special teams.

Achilles Heel Award (player who sucks the most) - I refuse to criticize a Chiefs player formally.

“C’mon, Do Something” Award (we expected more out of this player) - I refuse to criticize a Chiefs player formally.

I would add Nick Bolton as our breakout player of the year.

Hitchens, though Mike Hughes could make a case.

MVP-Hill. Nobody can run with the Cheetah. Mahomes trusts nobody more right now.

DMVP- Stone Cold! Still the best player on the defense and wrecked DAL.

ROY- Humphrey. He's the best C in the league. Amazing season!

Comeback player- Thornhill. He is the only guy that got hurt and came back. So it has to be him by default.

Most improved- Fenton. #2 on PFF. One of the most consistent players on the whole team.

Twelfth Man- Ingram. He rotates in and out and has made a huge difference.

Coach award- Spags. He turned a historically bad D into the best D. I've never seen that.

Underrated Player- Blake Bell. Dude is out there making key blocks every game, no love at all. Plus he's a QB sneak machine.

ST's award- Pringle. Doing a very nice job on KO returns and has great ball security.

Achilles Heel- Dirty Dan. He's given up more plays than anybody. It's not even close.

C'mon award- Hardman. If only he could run routes like he runs a fly sweep. Not to mention all the mind numbing drops.
