Wow, I can't imagine being that invested in a football game as a kid. I was 11 when the Chiefs won their first one and didn't really care much about watching sports. I enjoyed playing sports with friends however watching sports on the weekends just wasn't something we did back then.
I remember them because of my fathers' reaction, not because of the outcome.
The losses in the first round to the Colts and the cheating Donkeys bothered me more than the 2018 AFCC and 2020 SB.
Your team got beat kid, life is full of disappointments. Deal with it. [Reply]

When I was 13, that's when my social status was the most unstable. A single statement or action could put me permanently on the path towards the cool kids group or the dorky kids group.
It's a good thing that I enjoyed Dungeons & Dragons. [Reply]

Well shit. I bet I'm not the only one here that thought you were fucking prom queens at 13. [Reply]

No, WE haven't. Who the hell cries when your team loses? WTF. That kid has more problems than the Chiefs. He's got a life of being an emotional pussy ahead of him [Reply]

As a 14th-level mage, I was all about the love potions with the prom queen and her court. But then the police judged them to be Long Island Ice Teas and I had to stop my plan. [Reply]
I was a very emotional kid growing up but I never cried about a game. Felt sick sure but as others said, even if you did that, you don't let your peers know. Have some pride kid. [Reply]
