The NFL is the greatest league in sports because of the parity. The last team drafts first, the first team drafts last. Not allowing Josh Allen, the best player in today’s game, to touch the ball in overtime is one thing the @NFL must fix. pic.twitter.com/UqP4vE6nc0

Watching the replay, it sure looked like the defensive back was holding Hill by the back of the shoulder pads when he caught that pass. He clearly had his hand hooked inside the pads but it was hard to notice because it didn't look like it fazed Hill in the least. [Reply]

Yeah, there were lots of cases of holding not called... to the refs credit though, they weren't one sided about the application, they were generally hands off unless it was flagrant. [Reply]

It's too bad all games couldn't be that clean. Nothing was different than the regular season other than the refs basically letting the best man win.
I don't think it is a coincidence that you get that type of excitement and drama creating arguably the greatest postseason game ever. [Reply]
Overtime rules.. Ha.. The dumbasses kicked deep and gave Mahomes a chance in regulation and then their number 1 defense couldn’t stop us.. Bitch please.. [Reply]
The hilarity to me is that, besides the opening TD drive by the Bills, their next lead didn’t come until less than 2 mins in the 4th Qtr. These idiots are acting like the Bills lead wire to wire and got robbed at the end because of “13 seconds” and losing the toss.
Their tears are somehow almost as enjoyable as winning last nights game :-) [Reply]

Losers whine about their best. Winners go home and fuck the prom queen.

The touchdown is at least a challenge. It gives the defense a fighting chance for a goal line stand should a bullshit DPI take place.
You hold them to a field goal? Great, now it's your turn. If you can't top that field goal with a TD, you deserve to lose.
I can't think of a better system that generally does a good job of avoiding ties and finishing the game in a timely manner to avoid injuries while also making the winning team earn it.
For playoffs, regular season, or both?
The fact that OT can preface ties still is bullshit. There should be a winner and lose of every game.
Even as stupid as the shootout rule is in the NHL, at least a winner is declared. [Reply]
Another way of saying the exact same stat: under McDermott, The Bills have never beaten a team in the post-season who had a better record than them during the season [Reply]
NFL network saying Allen = Mahomes and Mahomes only won because of home field and Kelce and Hill. Conveniently ignoring that all Allen’s big plays were strikes against our secondary missing HB… [Reply]
