If it's not an option, I'm guessing it might not be available in your area as some have suggested. When I order online it's always there for the beautiful, glorious taking. :-) However, they will not make it if you show up and ask for it. Very strange.

When I did a McDonald's commercial, they technically used McDonald's food, but the construction on that burger I was eating was creative to say the least. A bunch of extra bun to make it look taller, spraying down the cold patty to make it shine like it's fresh off the griddle. Pushing everything towards whatever side the camera is on. Pretty interesting to see how they did it.
