Nzoner's Game Room>****Official Mizzou Football 2022-2023 Thread****

Here’s the Tigers’ full schedule:

Sept. 1: Louisiana Tech, 7PM W

Sept. 10: at Kansas State, 11:00AM

Sept. 17: Abilene Christian, 11:00AM

Sept. 24: at Auburn, time TBD

Oct. 1: Georgia, time TBD

Oct. 8: at Florida, time TBD

Oct. 15: Bye

Oct. 22: Vanderbilt, time TBD

Oct. 29: at South Carolina, time TBD

Nov. 5: Kentucky, time TBD

Nov. 12: at Tennessee, time TBD

Nov. 19: New Mexico State, time TBD

Nov. 25: Arkansas, 2:30 p.m.

I found the schedule, so I figured that now is as good of a time as any to start a new thread. Coach Drink has done well turning around the mess that Odom left behind. Solid recruiting has our best commit class in years coming in this year. The schedule isn't bad. A bowl game should be a given. I would like to see 9 -10 wins this year, with one of the wins coming against Arkansas. I really don't like losing to Odom.

Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz called it the best recruiting class ever for the Tigers.

Sure enough, Mizzou's current class is ranked No. 11 by ESPN, No. 14 by 247 Sports and No. 17 by Rivals, the highest in program history

Nice get! He's not Lovett, but he will definitely soften the blow.

Well, that helps.

Now we just need a QB that we can rely on . . . . .

We do. Horn. He had better be the starter next season.

Horn's success or failure should make or break Drink at Mizzou, right?

No. All it takes is a hit in the transfer portal.

OU was a mess this year didn't target him nearly enough but when they did he was pretty good look up his game against Texas Tech. Ya'll got a good one

Not necessarily. Depends on his level of success. But not giving him the chance over Cook would be enough for me to send him packing

He has a love affair with Cook. Drink was a nerd that couldn’t play football so he roots for the underdog.

Oh I expect him to be good. But I just don't expect to see him replace Lovett's production. If he does, that would be awesome.

Well, that shit needs to stop. Especially at the most important position on the team.

Having Wease is going to let them deploy Burden in the slot more. Effectively replacing Lovett in the offense with Burden.

It’s a nice get for sure.

Yep. He's had enough time to season. If Horn STILL can't beat out dogshit incarnate at QB then it's time to find someone else that can actually recruit and develop a QB.

I think Horn can beat him out, it’s Drinks ego that won’t allow us to get a look at him.
