K.C. CHIEFS' FRANK CLARK
ARRESTED
... Cops Say NFL Star Had Uzi In Lambo SUV

Law enforcement sources tell us Clark was pulled over for a routine traffic stop Sunday evening in Los Angeles ... when cops say they noticed an open duffle bag in his ride.

Our sources say officers saw the gun inside the bag ... and arrested the 28-year-old for felony illegal possession of a firearm.

The Kansas City Chiefs superstar is still behind bars in the Los Angeles area, jail records show.

According to the records, Clark -- listed at 6'3", 255 pounds -- was arrested at 9:20 p.m. ... and was booked into jail hours later at 9:28 a.m. Monday.

We've reached out to Clark and the Chiefs for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Clark was a key piece in the Chiefs' runs to the Super Bowls the last two years ... after being traded from Seattle to Kansas City before the 2019 season, Clark logged 14 sacks in 26 starts and was great in postseason play too.

In fact, Clark was so good for the Chiefs since joining the team ... he was selected to the Pro Bowl in each of his 2 seasons on the squad.

Of course, this is not Clark's first brush with legal trouble ... you'll recall, he was arrested in 2014 after being accused of domestic violence -- and was kicked off the Univ. of Michigan football team over it all.

Clark eventually struck a deal with prosecutors in that case, agreeing to plead guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Clark is currently in the middle of a 5-year, $104 MILLION contract with the Chiefs.

Story developing ...

This was just another case of Driving While Black. Black man in a $250k vehicle seemed "suspicious", so he was pulled over.
Or maybe they ran his plates, saw the charge from March and thought it was worth the effort to try to get him again.

You have no fucking idea how this city is policed and to pretend as if Driving While Black isn't a real thing is outright wrong.

I see cars that are missing plates and taillights every fucking day and I've never even once seen someone pulled over, and those vehicles are literally everywhere.

But sure, you and BD23 and Grim think I'm wrong for stating the truth. :-)

What's there to discuss? You think you're right and I think I'm right. I disagreed with your post so I used the thumbs down feature that has been added to this forum. :-)

I've been pulled over for no front plate several times in a metro area of 7.5 million. Is that a big enough area for you?

Here's a thought. How do the cops know you're not a local? In other words, could I be pulled over in CA for driving my car, registered in Kansas, for having no front plate? If so, what's the penalty for such a heinous crime?

If you have out of town plates there’s no penalty

I would say he has poor tastes in a shitty weapon. The IDF dropped them as soon as the M16 worked out the kinks. It's nothing more than a relic in Israel now.

I am still waiting for more information to come out. Do we even know the charges yet? If it is felony charges as the op stated that can be serious.

Always best to wait for developments before sounding off on this sort of thing.

You don't fucking live in Los Angeles, "Loochy".

There are 20 million people here and 10,000 cops on the LAPD force. They just do not bother with stupid shit like taillights and license plates because they're far too busy with real crime.

Hell, when Chris Brown lived up the street from me, he would fucking race his Lamborghini's up and down my 18 foot street at 11pm and later all the fucking time and I even posted about it back then because it was so annoying. Dude was driving at least 100 mph+. My neighbors and I called the cops all the fucking time and they never ONCE set up a speed trap or gave him a ticket.

You just have no fucking idea of what you're talking about because Los Angeles is NOT Dallas.

And FWIW, I just got back from grabbing my mail and one of the YouTubers up the street who is renting a 12,000 square foot home for $35k a month was driving a Lambo SUV in black with red trim, so I stopped him to check it out.

Those vehicles are badass.

I don't recall seeing any gang members with him. He did spray paint his $2.5 million dollar home's exterior, which certainly bothered the people living near him, because it was ugly AF.

You must have been going through westwood/fairway those assholes will get you everytime. Hell I've been pulled over more in KC by Westwood police than I have KCPD

To be completely honest, I don't think I could pick the Paul brothers out of a lineup but that was the first thought that crossed my mind.

I grew up mostly in JoCo and as a teenager, those cops got me multiple times for expired tags, taillights and even tinted windows. I'd see them sit parking lots outside of bars, just waiting to bust people.

On the other hand, my wife was driving her Lexus SUV with expired tags in LA for nearly 5 months and wasn't pulled over even once. She actually paid for the tags but put the registration in the glove box with the sticker attached.

Generally speaking, the police do not set up "speed traps" in neighborhoods or sit in their cars by stop signs and so forth because they just do not have the manpower. I see parking enforcement out all the time, even in my neighborhood, but the only time I see the actual police is if there is an attempted robbery or break in.

I've detailed those in the past but they can be pretty scary for the kids, because we'll have a dozen or more SUV's and at least one chopper overhead for an hour or more. It's actually pretty creepy.

Yeah, when you're stuck in parking lot-style traffic, it's pretty easy to catch people with tail lights that are out, missing license plates and so on.

I couldn't care less about the plates but it really sucks when the piece of shit in front of you doesn't have brake lights.
