That Dell kid from Houston has Chiefs written all over him so I'm glad they've spoken to him. Fast, agile, a bonified playmaker and an easy Hardman replacement. I'm also intrigued by Rashee Rice, Kayshon Boutte and A.T. Perry. [Reply]
Stephen F. Austin edge rusher BJ Thompson @SFA_Football has top-30 visits with #Chiefs#Lions per source. An England, Arkansas native, Thompson (6-5, 240, 4.4 speed, 40-inch vertical, 11-3 broad jump) expected to dominate drills at March 21 Pro Day @ShrineBowl@EricGalko@KPRC2
Thicker, slower Deslin Alexandre and a small, thin (his arms and legs are yuck btw) BJ Thompson? Da fuck Veach doin? :-) I mean, those guys should be day 3 guys but man how weird the variance is, and it's been the theme overall. Seems they are looking at everyone. [Reply]

How many people did they have a top 30 visit from last year that they drafted?
Joshua Williams and Jaylen Watson? Was that it? [Reply]

I'm pretty happy to see it, imo it's exactly the right approach if it means moving off of completely rigid criteria for DEs. Sure, if you're talking first 3 rounds and you're after an all downs DE that can do a bit of everything, then keep the parameters, go for the big bodies. But in the later rounds looking for situational, rotational guys who offer something different is right imo. B J Thompson is exactly the sort of player. We have no speed off the edge on obvious passing downs and having a change-up type for those situations would be massive. Guy needs a lot of work but if you can get that R4 onwards, then it seems a great piece to add. [Reply]
