Bubba's actually on the Olympic team. I've seen some articles about Duffy being a trade target, but he crossed the 10 year mark this year so he can veto any trade. Who knows what he wants to do. [Reply]

I haven't been a huge fan of Duffy as he hasn't lived up to his contract for the most part and he's been unreliable, but due to the rest of our pitchers either regressing or not being ready as soon as hoped for I would think it might make sense to extend him for another 2-3 years if the price is reasonable.
Having said that, I also would think it could be in the best interest of all parties involved if they could work out an agreement where they trade him to a contender if a reasonable trade is offered and then sign him back in the offseason. [Reply]
