Here's something to think about. Hitchens is out leaving Neimann, Gay, Bolton DOD, and 2 PS guys as your LBs. Who wears the green dot? Surely not DOD or the PS guys. Bolton is a rookie and Gay might as well be one, so Neimann becomes the guy with the radio and signal callng by default. When he was out, they must have used smoke signals or just didn't have a plan (which looks to be a real possiblility).
