Breaking: Frank Reich says Carson Wentz had an old foot injury dating back to perhaps high school according to doctors. Over time, the broken bone came loose and caused pain. The decision has been made to undergo surgery and remove it. 5-12 weeks.

The Colts sure do love them some broken QBs. I’m absolutely stunned that such a durable guy like Wentz is hurt.

Great job of doing the medical before that trade.

It’s hilarious that Wentz still has the ability to crush Philly’s hopes and dreams

None of these fucking teams from college to the NFL, all the medicals during the combine and not one team caught this broken bone.

Can't you read, dummy? From the tweet: "The decision has been made to undergo surgery and remove It". Honestly, how can anybody read that and get that they are going to amputate his entire foot? LOL. It's obvious that what he's saying is that Wentz's foot has been inhabited by a demonic clown from the 1980s (which can develop into a very serious condition if left untreated) and are taking preemptive measures.

Beep beep, Irsay.

So are they really going with a rookie in Elason?

Maybe, trade for another starter? Maritoa available?

OR

Get on the phone with Rivers or Luck.

Acquiring Nick Foles from Chicago is probably their most realistic/lowest cost option.
