Nzoner's Game Room>Health watch: Tyreek, Travis, Darrell, Byron & Clyde
Dante84 06:29 PM 01-08-2022
Need the boys to get right.

Bye would help a ton.

As of Friday, 1/14: Clyde out, everyone else should be active, although Darrel is listed as "Questionable."

Slipped on ice, broke some ribs and punctured his lung

I expect a lot of screens to our speed backs if Darrel can’t go or is hobbled. Turf toe is a bitch for a RB.

Belldozer and Burton could step up for us when we need to pound the rock.

I also liked the Wildcat read-option play that Mecole ran up the gut on, though I worry about his arms holding ball in the crowd.

It will be time for Clyde and Gore to sink or swim. Both are capable.

This could be Gore's big opportunity. He has the best combination of speed and power among our RBs.

What are league circles saying about Clydes availability?

McKinnon flashed a bit today as well, which was nice to see. His TD was great.

I like Darrel Williams. I just don’t understand Reid’s rb rotation. Gore shows the patience none of our backs have. And McKinnon is dynamic enough to at least have big play potential especially as a 3rd down back. So why are these guys still scraping for touches this late in the season.

Was Williams nicked up in yesterdays game? Don't recall hearing or seeing anything on it and didn't see him playing late in the game.

Same here. Gore seems to have better vision and McKinnon looks like he's more likely to bust one loose and take it to the endzone.
