Seems that the total pressure against this extreme overreach by the administration has to at some point lead to the mandates going away.

Having had experience with OSHA, I see this as draconian as they are extremists when enforcing any OSHA reg.

This case is another Roe v. Wade. Everyone knows this is unconstitutional, and the only question is whether or not the SCOTUS will manufacture a nonsensical framework to pretend it's legitimate.

That's exactly how I thought it sounded. The lefty's data on the virus is stale information too.

Federal Judge Refuses FDA Request Not To Release Vaccine Approval Data Until 2076…Must Release 55k Pages a Month

A Federal judge has denied the FDA’s request to release ‘vaccine’ approval data small amounts (500 pages a month) at a time until 2076. The ruling requires 12,000 pages by the end of January and 55,000 pages a month until complete.

The judge’s short 3-page order for this case begins with several nice quotations:

Kennedy likewise recognized that ‘a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.’ And, particularly appropriate in this case, John McCain (correctly) noted that ‘[e]xcessive administrative secrecy . . . feeds conspiracy theories and reduces the public’s confidence in the government.’”

Observing that “stale information is of little value,” the court ordered the FDA to produce the first 12,000 pages by January 31, and then produce 55,000 pages by March 1, and every 30 days thereafter until all the documents have been turned over.

Its amazingly ignorant that this mandate would even be considered and it shows exactly how little the ****tards in charge understand what it will do to business.

Mind-blowingly stupid.

We have 800 employees, we are operating 24/7 and have the entire time and have been through the last 2 years with ZERO deaths and only a few serious illnesses out of 287 positive cases.

What's our biggest issue? Finding and keeping good employees. This will only make it worse on top of the fact we have about 450 unvaxxed employees and we don't even know how its possible to manage the mandate of passed.

Roberts brought up how badly it will affect businesses and create worker shortages.

I'm surprised none of them considered the Nuremberg Code's "informed consent" inshrined in our laws and how no knows what's in this thing for forcing it into people.

If the stasi side wins, the Biden admin will unleash a whole load more including travel turning a free country into Australia.

I forgot to add, out of all the positive cases we tracked approximately 3 of them to workplace contact.

  1. She's a moron. We haven't had a less intelligent Supreme Court member in our lifetimes.
  2. She doesn't care about actual facts.
  3. She has no problem ignoring the Constitution, or the laws, if she disagrees with them.

So she doesn't worry about being prepared.

The same way SC justices were uninformed of the science of embryology in Roe v Wade.

I've not heard the various Appellants or know who is going to be doing their arguments yet, but this is assuring.

Was in this report.
'Despite Sotamayor's Absurd Shocking Lack Of Basic Covid-19 Knowledge, USSC Seems Skeptical Of Biden Vaccine Mandates

"OSHA’s sweeping regulatory dictate," will "irreparably injure the very businesses that Americans have counted on to widely distribute COVID-19 vaccines and protective equipment to save lives—and to keep them fed, clothed, and sustained during this now two-year-long pandemic," argued the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) vs. the Department of Labor, in the Court's first hearing.

The mandate will "convert hundreds of thousands of businesses into de facto public health agencies for two-thirds of America’s private employees," the continued.

During oral arguments on the private sector mandate, Chief Justice John Roberts said the federal government appears to be overreaching....

Justice Neil Gorsuch said health regulations normally fall to the states.

“If there is an ambiguity, why isn’t this a major question that therefore belongs to the people’s representatives in the states and in the halls of Congress?” he said. [I figured Gorsuch would be better on this because of a blistering argument he wrote on the Jacobsen case, clearing up public misunderstanding on it.]

I can answer where they get their misinformation — from the lying scum leftist media—now funded heavily by Gates for the results he wants; others with a vested interest in profits or agendas. The people calling out more credible doctors, immunologists who have no profit motive and only an agenda of "first do no harm" as spreaders of "misinformation."

She reminds me of braincase.

This is just absolutely astonishing. "100,000 children in serious condition," per Sotomayor. Where do these people obtain their misinformation? The current national pediatric COVID census per HHS is 3,342. Many/most incidental.

Sotomayor claims simultaneously that the vaccine is necessary prevent severe illness (and does so) but that unvaccinated pose risk to other unvaccinated and vaccinated. No logical consistency here.

We need to have a logic test before these kind of idiots get confirmed to the SC.
