The KC local weatherpeople are now saying 4-8 inches around KC proper, 6-10 from mid-Mo towards St. Louis. It's supposed to continue snowing through kickoff, but the heavy accumulating stuff will have already dropped. Supposedly. [Reply]

Yep, wunderground shows it ending around ~430 stadium time. 2nd half should be cleared, but lots of work for the ground crew early. [Reply]
It's fitting considering that it gets shitty on the days the Chiefs play but it warms up throughout the week and then gets shitty again on game days. [Reply]
The overall storm appears to have slowed down and tracked a bit further west. NWS is saying the precipitation is starting to mix with snow now, with full conversion later this afternoon or evening. The timing of that change will likely be what leads to small or large amounts of snow. If it changes to all snow in KC before 6, I'd go for 6 inches total. If it changes after that, maybe 3-6 inches. It looks like it will be done accumulating snow sometime between 12-4pm tomorrow, with just flurries/showers after that. [Reply]

It is almost like I have been saying this for two days. [Reply]
