With 5 games remaining - it got me wondering how many 1000 yard performers we could end up with this year. So I looked at where our WR's & RB's currently are:
I think this is a very conservative estimate and believe that Kelce could get closer to 1500 yards, JJSS closer to 1200 and while I don't expect it I think it is possible to get Pacheco to 1000 yards, but that means he would need at least 95 yards rushing per game over the remaining 5 games. Not impossible but not likely.
But how interesting would it be for the Chiefs to have 3 1K yard performers this season?

It’d be damned near miraculous considering that only one of those guys was on the team last year: [Reply]
We play a lot of weak teams but Kelce will likely be the big main focus from all teams. I would LOVE to see him have a monster game of like 200 yards and 3 TDs [Reply]

Earlier this year, Kelce became the first TE in like 40 years to have two games with 3+ TD catches in a season.
A third such game would be amazing.

I think Pacheco might well get there, because a lot of his yards thus far have come in the last few weeks as they've gotten comfortable giving him the bulk of the load-AND we're hitting a stretch of lesser teams in which we SHOULD win comfortably.
He should be getting a fair amount of 'salt it away' carries. In theory.
Kelce is a lock of course, Juju should make it. MVS probably not. [Reply]

Agreed. I think Pacheco has as good of shot as Juju, especially if he's still dinged.
Kelce usually shows out against the Faid, but hopefully we're resting guys by that point. I just don't want to jinx Kelce and have him come up hurt. [Reply]
Well, a 1,000 yards shouldn't be the metric with the additional game. Player needs 58 yards on average to hit that mark. There might be 20+ RBs hit that mark alone this season, with another 20 or so WRs. [Reply]
