I think Texas
might be the only team that can beat UConn currently.

Barring injuries, I think you're right.

Miami I guess could as well with their guard play.
I still think UConn will win it all, though.
If UConn wins another title, I am willing to have the discussion of them being a blue blood.

They’re already a blue blood.

I go back and forth.
They weren't shit before Calhoun arrived, but have won a title with a second HC(now looking at a third).
The closest comparison would be Duke, but Duke had some success before K (no title, but 4 Final Fours) and has won at a greater rate than UConn with more Final Fours, titles, etc.

Can? Any top 100 team can beat anybody.

What’s really crazy about UCONN is that they made their first Final Four in 1999.
They’ve now been to 6 Final Fours with 4 Titles. This could well make 5 Titles in 6 Final Fours.
That’s just ridiculous.

I thought they had a clean sweep in the Final Four, when did they lose?

2009. The year UNC won it.

Was that the title game where the refs missed an obvious out of bounds call against North Carolina?
Being a Zags fan must be a unique brand of pain.

I guess 5 titles in 24 years isn't good enough.
If they win one this year they will eclipse Kansas and tie Indiana and Duke all time.

Even if KU would have beat Arkansas…they would have just gone in to lose to UConn.
Uconn is built for the tournament with their depth, defense, and guard play.

Uconn is weird because they have only made the tournament 50% of the time in the past 10 years but they have 4 (maybe 5 here soon) championships in 25 years.
But then again I don't really get into the muh blue blood discussion too deeply. Kinda funny that this year's final four is the anti-final four to last year's.
