I found the schedule, so I figured that now is as good of a time as any to start a new thread. Coach Drink has done well turning around the mess that Odom left behind. Solid recruiting has our best commit class in years coming in this year. The schedule isn't bad. A bowl game should be a given. I would like to see 9 -10 wins this year, with one of the wins coming against Arkansas. I really don't like losing to Odom.

6-6 is not ok in years 5,6,7. It’s absolutely fine in year three following Odom.

I don’t think overall drink is amazing. He failed on QB the last two years. He’s failed on OL depth.
He’s also brought in two 15 classes the last two years. He’s found a staff yo improve our defense significantly.
If you think Mizzou will ever be Ohio State or Alabama then you are setting yourself up for failure.
Mizzou is what it is. We are big enough with enough money to be competing in NIL, but not win NIL. We have enough alumni to put our program in the position to win the East every 3 or 4 years.
I don’t think drink is “amazing” as someone else said. He is a great recruiter. He has some room to grow in coaching. If we ever want to be closer to an Alabama then we need to be more patient with our coaches. [Reply]
