McDaniels in his first season with the Faid. Davis isn’t gonna fire him that quickly.
McVay isn’t on the hot seat. He’s thinking of walking away on his own accord. Just like he was supposedly considering last year after the Super Bowl.
And Mike McDaniel has had a lot of bad injury luck with his QB’s this year. Despite all that, if they beat the Jets today and the Bills beat the Pats (both probable outcomes) then they are in the playoffs as the 7 seed. Can’t believe they would fire him if that happened. [Reply]
Can't remember where I read it, but I read something that the Raiders can't fire McDaniels because the team doesn't have enough cash to pay him or another coach. Looks like they might be stuck with him for a while. [Reply]

I think it’s more about the handling of Tia’s concussions…. And also the fact that Payton may want to coach there. [Reply]
