Expecting big things boys!

Missouri got rid of crappy CM and the board went out and got one of the top coaches according to some in Cleveland State's Dennis Gates.

In 2 days he has 2 recruits

Top JUCO player 6' 10" Mohamed Diarra
Transport portal DeAndre Gholston who avg 15 pts at Milwaukee over the past 2 years

Very excited!

He sucked at Bradley. I was shocked when he ended up #1 JUCO recruit.

Yeah, I'm not sure I buy into the hype either.

But he's essentially the starting PG by default so all I can do is hope for the best.

Damn huge get in Mosely. This team has come together really nice. Seems like we have some fun good recruiters at MU in Drink and Gates.

Mosley is a big add. Athletic scoring wings traditionally do well in this system.

If Diarra can play good minutes right away, this could be a fun team.

Diarra/Kobe Brown/Mosley/Hodge/East would be my first guess at a starting 5.

Yeah, Mosley gets them back to the tourney bubble.

18 wins with 20 as a possibility but it really depends on how they incorporate him. How will Gates use an Iso ball scorer? He’s not a ‘let Mosley cook’ sort of coach from what I can tell.

But if they use a small ball lineup similar to what Haith did that first season, they can do some things with Brown at the 5 that’ll make them a tough out.

Mosley is a massive add for sure.

Diarra-Brown-Mosley-Hodge-East

Brown-Carter-Mosley-Gholston-Honor

^ probably the top two lineups right now.

Both offer a lot more skill and scoring punch than Mizzou has been able to put on the floor since CuonzNOs first year.

Mosley's NIL deal is 250k plus a car and house. His deal in Springfield was 150k

That's nothing compared from the cash siphoned from your trash football program to your hoopers.

Haven't watched that trash in a few years. College hoops is a very poor product. 1 fluke shot way from being empty in the 30 years I did watch though :-)
