Kansas has lost back to back games by 20 or more for the first time since losing 37-15 against Missouri on 2/1/1919 and 45-25 (also Missouri) on 1/31/1919. #kubball

Naadir Tharpe pissed me off pretty bad and maybe Jeremy Case? But i honestly don't think Case played and i don't even remember if he was in scholarship. [Reply]

Timberlake is WAY worse than Tharpe (Tharpe shot 44/38/82 in 29 minutes a game in his final year at KU, numbers Timberlake could only dream about).
Case only played 5 minutes a game at most in his career, doesn't count for me (although I too don't remember if he was on scholarship). [Reply]
I stand firmly behind my last comment about Timberlake. Goddamn I hate this guy. Just utter dogshit every time he hits the floor. Everything about the guy just screams trash. [Reply]

Too bad Cam Spencer wasn't available. We could have avoided this. [Reply]

I'm not trying to bash the guy because he's been better than expected, but he's fallen way off now that teams adjusted for him. His NBA draft stock rests entirely on a 6-7 game stretch where he shot 3's better than Klay and Steph in their primes. He's still a liability defensively and tonight just kept exposing the fact that he doesn't really have an offensive game other than take set 3 pointers and drive an open lane. He can dribble fine for a bigger guy but he isn't exactly Embiid or even KJ. I don't see how he's worth a first at this point, but NBA teams have drafted on less I suppose. [Reply]
I mean Hunter could have had his arm amputated, quit basketball, and left the country to become a Tibetan Buddhist and we still would say he's a full go for the first game. There's literally no reason to be honest or forthcoming. Unless the NCAA flew out an independent doctor, we will just have to wait and see. [Reply]
Dan Gavitt says on CBS that the up-to-date information the committee has is that Kevin McCullar Jr., Hunter Dickinson and Tyler Kolek will all "be available without restrictions" for the first round of the NCAA Tournament. That should particularly impact Kansas' seeding.
