While I respect the fiscal discipline, I sometimes wonder at times like this if we cut off our nose despite our face in some of these negotiations. I'm thinking about JuJu here...seems like we were only willing to go 85 percent of the way there for a integral part of our offense. Looking forward to see how we pivot. [Reply]

Wut. You're not fielding a championship team year after year paying those contracts out to the caliber of talent leaving the organization. It's natural roster churn and Veach has improved by leaps and bounds as a drafter to replace them. [Reply]
If JuJu was 100% healthy i'd be upset. Instead the Pats fucked up by letting Myers go for the exact same player for the same money with more health issues. Not to mention Skyy is purpose built for that. [Reply]
I don’t remember being wowed by anything Juju did last year so it seems like someone we can replace on the cheap , Hardman has already been replaced by a better player in Toney who can also do things hardman could not so I am not panicking yet , it think we resign McKinnon/Watson and another FA WR and draft TE/WR/RB and I think the offends will be fine . Is what it is
The Ravens and Chargers win the draft* every year. How hard can it be?
* - They take Mel Kiper's best available players at opportune times, which is the only metric that average viewers and prognosticators catering to average viewers have of evaluating how well they drafted [Reply]

I really want Watson and McKinnon back. I would take Hardman back if he comes cheap. [Reply]
I think we all liked JuJu, but he's turning into one of those never-completely-healthy guys. Maybe not the type of player you commit money to for 3 more years. [Reply]
