Edit: Interesting, I just looked at Brooks PFF grades (a system that I hate...) Out of curiosity. Despite his production last year, he didn't grade very well. I remove my objection, your comment stands!

Brooks can get lost in space a bit. But he's a hard hitter and really athletic. He's a good ballplayer but he's more of an old-school downhill 'backer.

The tools are there to be more than that, he just hasn't demonstrated the savvy yet. I like him quite a bit.
