No...under those circumstances, you dump it off before the D is in your grille. He was attempting to deliver the ball downfield, ergo, one should assume he saw an open receiver. Luck looked slow, mentally, in the decision-making area. And the rest of the Colts weren't much better.

That fumble by KC on a return which bounced 4-5 yards UPFIELD, towards where the Colts should have rushing.....but no Colt within camera range, and recovered by the Chiefs...? Their TE, Ebron, dropped at least two gimmes, stopping the Colts in their tracks! The four points AV missed!

And still the Chiefs struggled to stay ahead in that game? They better plan to step it up a couple of notches this week or it will a long day for them and their fans.

Struggled to stay ahead? What fucking game were you watching? It sure as hell wasn't the Chiefs/Colts game. Once we went up 14-0 IN THE FIRST QUARTER, they never got it within one score.

You have no credibility coming in here with that BS.

Anyone else have a bad feeling about this game?

Looks like Luvva uses the same Online Excuse Generator that OGIHAVEED uses.

I hope all your confidence doesn't rest in the "Lions beat NE, so we're gonna roll 'em".

No that would be funny!

Yeah, probably.....'cause the Patriots haven't been in a game like this before! :-)

Rapoport says there’s “a lot more optimism surrounding Berry’s health this week” than there was last week, according to those he has talked to... https://twitter.com/rapsheet/status/...954840577?s=21

This is a strange situation. They feel better about it this week even though we were in the same position last week? Hmmmmm.

All that really matters for this game is that the Patriots allowed 400 yards and 24 ppg on the road, and all but one of these opponents is in the bottom third offensively.

31st ranked Miami: 34 points (they averaged 19.9 ppg). #27 Jacksonville scored 31 (they average 15). #25 Tennessee scored 34 (they average 19), #21 Chicago scored 31.

Congrats, you held division rivals #29 NYJ and #30 Buffalo in check.

Now, you did manage to hold Pittsburgh (the one good offense you faced on the road) below their average, largely due to turnovers. They still amassed almost 400 yards.

You played an easy road schedule and had terrible results. Now you're facing the #1 offense, which is finally healthy and rested. And a defense that has allowed 17 ppg at home and 9 total points in its last two games.
And if you think any of that is going to matter come gameday this week, you haven't followed NE very closely for years.

But if it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, go for it!

See, this works both ways.

If Patrick got to play against a soft zone w 7 DB'/s all game it would have been an absolute destruction: Ron Jeremy vs a virgin type of massacre.

Well I mean our offense is miles ahead of NE so it should matter.

Sure they have been. The past two were in Denver. How'd that work out for you?
