Specific to this, if you do this it's going to be a long day for you guys. But, then again, I think it's going to be a long day anyway. I predict very little defense all around.

We will hang at least 30. It's up to Brady and Sauron to keep pace.

When NE lost in 2014, KC simply outplayed them AND NE was playing a poor brand of ball. Oh, and the WS was in town and the entire city was delirious. Congrats.

It was smash mouth that next week and onto Cincinnati the next week, alll the way to the Super Bowl.

Read what I just wrote. When Brady has a nasty run game, he's the best playaction QB of all time.

So, NE was distracted by the World Series???

You guys are something else... :-)

Sometimes the sky is cloudy, water can be ice and the earth is actually an oblate spheroid. :-)

Keep believing HFA is this ever-present, consistent difference-maker if that works for you.

AND THIS IS WHY NO ONE ENGAGES YOU GUYS IN SERIOUS DISCUSSION!

I mean, so far Pat's fans have told us that the Chiefs are a zone team, Kelce isn't a HOF and Gronk is better RIGHT NOW, NE's secondary matches KC's offense man for man, and HFA does not matter.

You can't debate with people who are entitled to their own facts..

I am not a homer at all. Brady was horrible earlier in the year in the red zone, for example. He's improved dramatically since avoiding staring down Gronk/Edleman/Gordon.

Gordon leaving the team has actually helped NE because Dorsett was all ready to go but they buried him behind the newly acquired Gordon. Ever since Dorsett got his job back and Brady has been targeting Dorsett and Hogan again, with a nasty run game, the results are what we saw last Sunday on our tv screens.

Brady can be his own worst enemy when he doesn't distribute the ball well. Now that he has been with results, it's right on there on the table.

He lost us SB 42 and SB 46 by ignoring a run game.

I am far from a homer.

Maybe you missed how NE ran their offense recently, or even last Sunday's dismantling of SD, even when SD tried to play man coverage.

They are not settling for 5 FGs again on Sunday, I can tell you that.

There are two ways to slow the KC offense:

1. Keep Mahomes on the bench with a run game and short passing game.
2. The Pats secondary is far better than you think and BETTER than what it was in October. You have no advantages in the passing game, man for man. Literally zero other than Hill when he'll likely face bracketed coverage on every down. And, the ball is harder to throw into man in that weather

Load the box and never leave Hill un-bracketed.
Damien actually has better cutting ability than Hunt. Ware will be catching passes out of the backfield. “No advantages in the passing game” Ok, plain ignorance. Mahomes is better than Brady, Hill is better than Edelman, kelce over Gronk, Watkins over dorsett/hogan. You have advantages in coaching, experience and runing backs. Arrowhead is THE difference. Have fun if you get behind early.

He talks like NE will have 15 mean on the field...

KC runs predominately out of the shotgun with at least 3 receivers on the field. So, you're going to load the box against a spread formation, AND bracket Tyreek? Against the most explosive offense in the NFL?

Good luck with that...

NE demolished Mahomes and Co in the first half of that game.

They made 3 mistakes for 21 points:

1. Kick off return with putrid STs earlier in the year.
2. Zone/busted coverage on Hunt.
3. Busted coverage/zone mishap or poorly aligned single man with Harmon all alone on Hill out of the slot.

21 points.

You're not getting 21 points in these ways on Sunday.

NE needs to play 60 minis of defense on Sunday, not 30.

NE will score more than 30 and KC will score less than 30.

Best to ignore them and not respond to their tripe. Sad people like that don't get much interaction with others in real life. Trolling is all they have. Ignore and they'll go elsewhere looking for attention.

I've mentioned this before but I got married a few years back up in the northeast. When we were in Cape Cod, the wife and I stopped to eat dinner in this little bar on a Sunday. This was the Arizona/NE game when Brady was suspended and they started Jimmy G. I think he threw for like 250 and 2 TDs. You would have thought everything Brady had accomplished up to that point was useless. The whole bar was going nuts, crowning Garoppolo a HOF'er, and literally yelling out, "Tom who???"

It was hilarious. I suspect most of these Patriots trolls here were at that bar that evening.

Yep. Just stop engaging them. They're not interested in ACTUALLY talking football. They're interested in talking about how great the Patriots are.

What does any of this have to do with what I was referencing? I was speaking to your assertion that, man-for-man, our offense cannot compete with your defense.
