Have been banned from the other thread by an apparently sensitive snowflake (ironically after dozens of pages of political discussion from others) so I'll stick my thoughts on the NBA Playoffs here from now on. We needed a new thread anyway. [Reply]
I hope the Nuggets and Hawks win tonight just because I want the series to be interesting. In the long run I do hope the Suns win and I don't really care about who wins the Hawks/76ers series since I don't think either of those teams can beat the Nets. [Reply]
My adult son and I are in Denver for the game. He thought we were going to a Vegas watch party until we got the the Denver airport (told him there was a layover) and my wife FaceTimed him and told him. He was so excited and shocked. I mentioned here before, I think, that neither of us had ever been to an NBA game before. Gonna be awesome. [Reply]

Hopefully it goes better than the last game. That was a severe ass whoopin. [Reply]

I think they match up well. I have been saying don't sleep on the Jazz since the playoffs started but I think the Suns win that one in 6 before losing to the Nets 6. Chris Paul is the difference maker right now. [Reply]

CP3 playing like this right now can elevate them into beating the Jazz. [Reply]
