I looked into it after HonestChieffan's good performance, and apparently the game changer is that the diabetes drug has high potential to be repurposed as a weight loss drug. Apparently it's outperforming all of the existing weight loss drugs in testing, and there's a big market (no pun intended) of people who need to lose weight and don't want to diet or exercise.
