I heard/read/saw (something, somewhere) that burglary automatically brings on the Domestic violence charge if the burglary was against a spouse, parent, child etc.

So this very well may be something as simple as Buggs taking back a laptop or cell phone from some cheating hoe, then getting charges filed against him for burglary, which automatically gets the DV charge.
