Kansas City is trading its first-round pick Thursday night, along with three other picks in the 2021 and 2022 drafts, to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for Pro Bowl OT Orlando Brown and one pick in the 2021 draft and another in 2022, per sources.

To get a second 2nd rounder in this draft is going to help out immensely was well, whether they use those picks on a WR, CB, Safety or LBer.
I won't be surprised to see them take a complimentary running back at some point, either.
I did not think there was any way in hell the Ravens would trade him to us.
I'll tell you one thing-Clyde's YPC will go up significantly. We rebuilt the line to be able to run the ball when we want to.
No, I'm not saying we're going Martyball, I'm saying that teams will legitimately have to respect the run or we'll eat them alive.
Many were right there with you, including me. I didn't think there was any way in HELL the Trash Birds would do it unless they ripped us off, but that clearly isn't the case at all. THIS was always what I wanted, but just didn't think it would happen. Way to go Brad Varth! [Reply]
IF for some reason it doesn’t work out, like it turns out he’s not a great fit, then you can move on and cut your losses of basically a mid 2nd round pick.
The Chiefs may not extend him immediately but I'd be surprised if they wait until after the season begins because once the new TV contracts kick in next year, he'll want more money due to a significantly higher salary cap. [Reply]
Listening to Petro- said that the picks in the package going back and forth is the equivalent of a mid second round pick to Baltimore for Orlando Brown. Steal [Reply]

Hang on to it for now. Wait until after the draft, probably until after any June 1 cuts to see who may be available. Or even use it to continue to target Ingram. Once things settle down you know what you have to work with for the first year or two of an extended contract and get him signed before the season starts. [Reply]
