Feel free to discuss any future speculation, theories. Anything from the books is fair game to post. Everything that has been broadcast on TV or from HBO. No spoilers needed.
If you watched or know the events that will take place in a unaired episode that has not been broadcast on HBO, you must put all the information and comments in a spoiler tag.
Do not post any media of any kind involving actual content from unaired episodes without being in a spoiler. The only exception to the spoiler rule is content publicly posted from HBO and or the GOT actor themselves. Teasers, promos, trailers etc.

New pictures released today by HBO for season 6. I won't try to post all 20 of them, just a few that I found interesting and why:
Bran and Bloodraven:
This one is interesting because Bran is standing and they are not in the cave/tree, so I take that to mean that this is how they will show Bran's visions, like he is in the middle of them, but can't be seen. Sort of like Harry Potter and the memory bowl (I forget what it's called). Bran visions are going to give us some good stuff this season, especially the Tower of Joy scene.
Arya:
Arya blind. I wonder though if this is just her being blind, or...
Spoiler!
....if she might be warging (her eyes look like Bran's when he wargs on the show). In the books Arya is clearly a warg, though not as powerful as Bran (Jon's a warg as well in the books, and Rickon is likely to be one as well). But they have not given any clue that Arya is a warg on the show. I think they will though because I feel like Arya's ability to reunite with and warg Nymeria will play a role at some point.
Sansa and Theon:
So they survived their jump off the Winterfell walls, and appear to be on the run. With Stannis dead, where will they go? To Jon at the wall? There were no pictures of Jon released, but I think we all know he'll survive somehow.
I'd like to say I won't watch season 6 and will wait for the books, but no, I don't think I can be that patient. I can't stay away from all the on-line discussions which are half the fun of this series, and which should be especially entertaining now that the show is passing the books. So I feel like I will probably get spoiled on major events even if I don't watch, so I mmight as well watch and enjoy rather than find out about stuff through being spoiled by someone on-line.

I read one a while back about how Euron was Bloodraven's first "apprentice" that seemed to make a lot of sense. Hope it's true, since we'll be needing a new human villain. [Reply]

Yeah, Euron has a whole lot of backstory that no one (in the series) really seems to know for sure.
I like even the crazy theories because it makes you look at what the text actually does and doesn't say, and a lot of the time a lot of common knowledge is more assumption than anything.
