For the time being, we set the price to $1, and we can't limit it to just the game testers, so if you're interested, you'll also get the $1 price. Just sign up.
This is a fresh reset, so everyone will have new teams and we'll do a new draft.
Also, please give us any feedback about what you like or don't like, and how we can improve navigation. We've updated all of the systems, so there's a chance that errors are lurking somewhere, but we think we're good to go now. Let us know if something bad happens to you. [Reply]
I see 6 'starting caliber' NTs on rosters right now; 5 of them drafted, one auto-assigned. And one of those drafted NTs was taken by me, a 4-3 team.
So we can only say for sure that 4 teams are running 3-4s right now. There are maybe 2 more available NTs that I'd be willing to build a 3-4 system around. So let's assume that the team that got auto-assigned a starting caliber NT decided to build around that guy, that gets you to 5. And the other 3-4 squads are slow-playing the position and are waiting there's out, that adds 2 more.
So you can get to 7 if you squint there. But to go beyond that you have to assume that folks are willing to slot an DT into the NT position and that's an iffy proposition to my eyes.
And it's funny - the Chiefs defense didn't suck in 2012/2013 when we did this the last time. They ran a 3-4 and the 3-4 was pretty damn popular here. Now the Chiefs defense sucks and ran a 3-4, so none of us want anything to do with it. [Reply]

If it's DTs, there won't be many left soon enough so you'd best make a move before you're hunting through the 40th best DTs trying to put together the middle of your D-line.
And if it's NTs, there weren't many left anyway.
So you do you, brah, but to my eyes this leage composition made tackles MORE precious, not less. [Reply]

I mean damn, the guy was an outstanding slot CB even before he really broke out last season. I'd imagine we're gonna spend plenty of time in sub-packages given that most folks appear to be building their offenses around 11 personnel.
That's a great get this late.
EDIT: Looks like he's gonna be the #2 corner on that squad; probably a little out over his skis there but still capable. [Reply]
