The officers had enough PC to arrest for DV CDTP so that’s what they charged him with. However, say they think there is more like Domestic Battery or another charge so they write it up for the DA and he decides to add additional charges before court. Or, the DA says this is garbage and kicks the case.

Both scenarios happen a lot especially the latter I’m with DV CDTP in JOCO.

Keep an eye on the releases this morning. If Willie is released before his court then the case was kicked. If it doesn’t he’ll go to court and get a PR bond.

There's also a chance the NFL just puts him on the exempt list and lets him rot.

This thing could go 100 different ways at this point, we really know nothing until he appears in court (or doesn't).

Yes. Its not uncommon here with CDTP-DV cases but every case is different and they seem to have pretty strong evidence with his rep admitting it in a statement.

My guess is it eventually gets plead down to a a non DV- CDTP. Not sure how that affects the NFL personal conduct policy.
