Yea give saban credit. He’s not a pathetic fat fuck. He has seen his junk in the last 3 decades and isn’t afraid to do what’s right.

sometimes if you want to win, you have to lean to your youth I guess

How can you be the best when you can't win your conference. I'm sorry. I don't give two shits if they just won it all. They didn't deserve to be there. I felt exactly the same about Nebraska when they backed into the title game years ago.

Yep, the worst possible stage to have this happen. Hamas is right though, he was an anchor for them, and they didnt even know it and neither did I. Dont get me wrong I never thought he was good, but I assumed he was the best they had and simply played to the strengths of the team. But you cant go back to him, not now. The other kid is just a freshman. Its his team now.

That was my first thought after the TD. Something tells me Elliot's bastard child won't be on the field next year.

CFB isn't the NFL. They decide their champions in strange ways

But this is a lot better than the old days when the number 1 team would randomly play the number 7 team in the Sugar Bowl and if the no.1 team won they were the Champs. No.2 team had no chance unless the no.1 team lost. If both we're undefeated both would claim championships

So, CFB is improving

Conference winners are the only teams that should EVER play in this tournament with it only being four teams. If they increase it to 8 then they can have at large births. Until then, this is a joke.

CCG can be meaningless. But there are times they are practically playoff games

Mizzou played in a few of them most notably 2007 and 2013. Had we won either game, we would have played in the National Championship Game.

That was a taste of what an AFCCG must feel like.

If they are practically meaningless then do away with them.
