I see it going six games. Edmonton is too talented to get swept, but it does seem like right now that Florida is playing much better. This sorta reminds me of the 2014 World Series where one man was so dominant that he basically willed his team to a title. That’s what Bobrovsky is doing right now. [Reply]

The team with the hottest goalie always seems to win the Stanley Cup. [Reply]

Mildly surprised, maybe.. the offensive vs defensive matchups usually disappoint in hockey as the offensive team gets shutdown, especially when a goalie can take over games (even with the Avalanche largely being an exception, they still had to shut it down against the Lightning to win that series).
Seemed like the Oilers have been a bit more versatile in their ability to win different ways this postseason, but at the same time it was against the Kings, Canucks, and what ended up being a pretty exhausted Stars team by the end of that series...... so, I've been 50/50 on whether their true colors would shine through against a team that's so aggravating to play against, and not sure they have the mental fortitude outside of McDavid and Draisaitl to make a series of it, unless Skinner can return the favor and steal a couple games.
