Path of Exile II Releases in Early Access tomorrow, December 6th, 2024. The price to get in is $30 for early access, but the game will be free if you wait for the official release (approximately 6 months to 1 year from now).
The game will feature 12 classes, with 3 subclasses each, for 36 unique playstyles. The early access will only feature 12 subclasses from 6 classes to start and will slowly add more until the full release. The 12 subclasses will be posted in the next post.

Another thing that bothers me about this game is playing coop I can do most of the killing and get next to zero drops. Why not just let everyone have their own loot? With the Level scaling bullshit it totally discourages group/coop play. Really makes no sense why they do it this way whatsoever.
Also why not let me use mouse/kb AND gamepad at the same time? Why do i have to logout to do that? Diablo 4 you can use either at any time. Tedious doing inventory tetris with an effin controller.

They do good work but yes JD is also correct that build he says it's not obtainable by most. My gripes I listed are from my experience though not the build guys. It's Early access I get it but hopefully they change how many things work including the crazy punishing endgame and loss of experience. Also I watch a lot of different build channels but that dude does Sorc builds great no matter the game. [Reply]
I havent bothered to keep up with the details of PoE2, but the end game looks like a complete cluster fuck of tedious bullshit. The citadel (or whatever the towers are called) shit looks like they took the delve bossing and put it into the mainstream end game. That's entirely unfun. [Reply]

the XP loss isn't going to change and it's not that punishing until mid 90's. Well in POE2 right now I died once going from level 93-94 and it's kind of like dying at level 99 in POE1. But I'm going to try and buy all of the xp gain tablets that I can find on the market and that will make leveling up a lot faster and try to get mechanics like breach in there with it. I could also change the passive tree around. There's ways around it all I'm saying to make it less punishing but you need to not die once you hit the mid 90's or you won't level up. And if you are you simply need improvements. [Reply]
my main gripes are where the fuck is the waypoint (map) tab and console doesn't have access to loot filters yet, which makes it painful. But I am enjoying it, whenever they start up a league and add a new mechanic to it it's going to be awesome. [Reply]

I've been there too but in video games it isn't real life and that is the entire point. A game isn't a job, it's fun time and that is not fun time. We have hardcore modes for that even today, not my thing. [Reply]
Economy reset incoming but not yet. Also looks like Console players will get Loot filters soon.
the loot filters are the only thing holding me back from playing more, I can't stand more than an hour of mapping at a time because of this. And forget about doing breach or anything. So ready for that.
Sounds like my build is not getting nerfed either so I'm ready to invest more into my character which is already good but could be better. Just bought a nice 12 div wand that added 12K tooltip damage on my spark. the +5 levels on it gave me an extra projectile which is big. [Reply]
